❓ What service do you use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to deliver all our parcels. £3.95 as standard, or free over £35 spend.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, so you can follow it every step of the way.

💌 Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Yes! Just pop their name and address in the shipping details at checkout. We never include pricing in the parcel receipt, so it's gift-ready from the moment it arrives.

🚚 Dispatch & Delivery Info

We aim to get all orders on their way within 1–2 working days. During busier times, things may take a little longer – but we’ll always do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as possible.

Need an update? Just drop us an email at customercare@prettysuds.co.uk with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to help.

📦 Returns & Refunds

If your product isn’t up to the standard you expected, we’re here to help. We’re happy to offer a full refund with either photo evidence or upon return of the order.

You’re also welcome to return any product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and unused.

Postage costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

❓ My parcel hasn't arrived yet

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, we understand how frustrating that can be.

We’re required to wait 10 days from the expected delivery date before we can raise a claim with the courier. In the meantime, please check your tracking information for any updates or delivery attempts.

If it’s been more than 10 days, email us at customercare@prettysuds.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll do our best to send replacement items where possible or find another suitable solution.

✈️ Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we ship within the UK only. We’re working on expanding our delivery zones in the future—so watch this space! If you’re outside the UK and interested in Pretty Suds, feel free to message us and let us know where you’re based.

💥 Damaged? Don't worry.

If your product arrives damaged, we’ll happily offer a refund or store credit with photo evidence or upon return of the item.

We take care packing your order, but sometimes things happen in transit—and we’ll always make it right.

🐰 Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. All Pretty Suds products are cruelty-free and the majority are vegan-friendly. We never test on animals, and we clearly label any products that contain animal-derived ingredients (like honey or milk powder) so you can shop with confidence.

♻️ Thoughtful Packaging, Always

Where possible, we use recyclable and eco-friendly materials to package your Pretty Suds goodies.

Our packing peanuts are made from corn starch – they’re fully compostable, water-soluble, and break down naturally. You can pop them straight into your compost bin or dissolve them under running water.

🧼 Do you make everything in-house?

Yes! Every Pretty Suds product is handmade in our kitchen, designed, poured, piped, and packed by our small but mighty team. We’re proud to be a hands-on brand that creates everything with care, colour, and creativity.

❓ I have an allergy

We’re happy to provide full allergen information and a complete list of ingredients for any of our products.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Shop Pay (where available).

🔖 Discount Codes & Promotional Offers

Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout before your transaction is completed.

Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to apply discount codes or add promotional offers retroactively.

Please make sure your code is entered correctly and visible on your order summary before finalising your payment.

We’d love to welcome you! Our factory shop is located at:

10 Hillside Court, Barbott Hall, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S61 4RP, UK

We’re open Monday to Friday (10 am–6 pm) and Saturday (10 am–4 pm).

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your online account—no fuss, no commitment. Just log in, head to your subscription portal, and select "cancel" before your next billing date.
