As the products are handmade in most circumstances, all sizes and measurements are approximate and may fluctuate up to +/- 10%. However, we do have systems in place to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Where a product is advertised as fragrance or product 'inspired' or 'interpretation', this is subject to interpretation and we are not affiliated with the brand. We must stress that the original fragrance or product brand is the founder and we take no credit for their amazing work on the original product.
We take our time to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products, appearing on the website, are correct at the time of publishing. However, in the event that prices are subject to change, we implement this without notice.
This website including all digital content is copyright to Pretty Suds UK Limited. Lifting any digital media, including photos and descriptions will be subject to investigate and necessary action will be taken.
Product Availability
Goods are subject to availability and unless specified, are not available to be reserved. If you are a subscriber to our monthly boxes, a reservation is placed upon receipt of a successful charge. Our secure payment providers use the latest technology to protect your credit card info and do not release it to any outside organisation.
Order Refusal
In the unlikely occasion, we reserve the right to refuse an order on this basis of fraud or misconduct and will contact you via email with reason afterwards.
Postal Service
Pretty Suds UK Limited does not accept any responsibility for lost or unclaimed items in the post. However, we do cooperate with recovering the goods from the carrier and find a resolution on their behalf.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery for an exchange or refund. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected. See our full shipping policy here
