Refund policy
POSTAL SERVICES
Our shipping service uses Royal Mail or ParcelForce depending on destination, weight, and value.
Economy delivery Royal Mail 2nd Class, two to three working days to be delivered. Please note this is an untracked service. Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer during seasonal rushes such as Christmas.
Standard delivery Parcelforce Express, one to two working days. If you place your order before 12:00 GMT with our standard delivery option on a weekday, then we will do our best to despatch it same day. However, at very busy times this may not be possible.
All delivery estimates are from point of dispatch, not from point of sale.
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
DISCOUNT CODES / PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at the checkout before your transaction is completed. Once an order has been processed, discount codes cannot be applied/promotional offers cannot be added.
RETURNS
If your product is not to the standard you were expecting we will happily refund the full transaction with photo evidence or return of order.
You are welcome to return any products within two weeks of purchasing for a full refund on each product as long as the product still remains in the condition it was bought when returned. We do not refund postage unless the products are faulty so please be aware of possible return costs.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
There's nothing worse than receiving a bath bomb that has turned to dust because somewhere along it's travels it faced a traumatic experience. We will happily refund or credit your account for any damages with photo evidence or return of order.
