Firstly, thank you so much for all of your kind messages, patience and understanding over the last couple of weeks. Every message has meant so much to our family, and we're incredibly grateful for the kindness you've shown us during such a difficult time.
As we continue to navigate the weeks ahead, our factory shop will be open on reduced hours for a little while so that we can continue spending precious time together as a family.
Our temporary shop opening times are:

Our website remains open as normal, and we're continuing to dispatch orders every day.
We're also excited to start getting the shelves full again! Our first restock will be our Soap Sponges, so if you've been waiting for your favourites to return, keep an eye on the website over the next few days.
The only range that won't be returning just yet is our Citronella collection, as we're currently waiting for a fresh fragrance delivery from our fragrance house. As soon as it arrives, we'll get manufacturing and let you know when it's back in stock.
If you've sent us a message recently and are still waiting for a reply, we'd really appreciate it if you could send it again or simply bump your original message. We've now reconnected all of our messaging platforms and are just working our way through everything to make sure nothing has been missed.
